Our public promise
Charter
The commitments behind everything Watad Labs builds. They are public so you can hold us to them.
Commitments
We ship less rather than ship sloppy.
Every release is tested, measured and finished before it reaches you. If something is not ready, it waits.
Your data is a trust.
We never sell it, and we never use it to train shared AI models. We collect what a product needs to work, and no more.
No claim we cannot back.
No inflated numbers, no invented reviews, no testimonials from people who do not exist. Software drafts; people decide.
Built to last.
Open formats, maintained code and honest pricing, so what we build keeps benefiting the people who use it.
No advertising in our products.
Our products do not show ads and do not sell attention.
No selling or sharing of user data.
We do not sell or share user data with advertisers, data brokers or anyone else. Where a service provider must process data to run a product, we say who and why.
Your data leaves with you.
You can export what you put into our products in open formats, at any time.
Tell us when we fall short.
If you think we have broken this charter, write to us. We reply to every message.
